And so we begin again, again.....

So, I stated that I have been procrastinating, after I got sick. I was doing the squat challenge and stopped, then never started again. I've been eating more junk than usual. Hell, I'm drinking a hot chocolate from the gas station right now (but I will finish before midnight so I can begin tomorrow fresh....it makes sense to me). So my plan is this: stop being a pussy and start getting down to business. I will start this plan from Back on Pointe on the 1st, which gives me time to look up how to do some of them, and I will cut the junk (again). The one thing I can say is a positive? I stayed away from soda. That's right! 4 weeks clean. That's an accomplishment for me!

So I ended up gaining a little weight back this week, but for the month I lost a total of 5.4, and I'll take it!

I will start blogging every day too. To stay accountable.

  3. Great month overall, and dropping the soda is a huge accomplishment. Small steps turn into big changes and achieving goals.

    1. Thanks Lisa! I don't know if you read back much at all, but I drank over a 12 pack a day... so I'm pretty proud to have switched over to mostly water and some tea. I'm excited to see what happens next month!

  4. Lol I love your blogs... you sound so much like me. I hadnt been to the gym in 3 wks and ive lost a total of 6.8lbs since I stopped. Got a phone call from my gym and they called me out on not coming... guilt trip big time! So I went back (I stopped going bc I didnt lose a damn oz while working out... I GAINED! And id been at it 2.5 months. So I stopped and bam... wt loss! ) any ways... awesome job on the no sodas! Time to start kicking ass girl!

    1. Thanks Marissa! The Gym and I are not the best of friends either... Although I am thinking of rejoining. I wonder why you didn't lose anything... did you post on the group? Maybe they have suggestions? Congrats on the weight loss! That's an awesome amount :) Yes I agree, the ass kicking time needs to start now!
