I started working a new job during the summer of 2013 working the graveyard shift. From there, in 5 months, I gained 15 pounds. There is easy access to snacks and sodas and we seem to have some kind of shift party all the time (retirement, holiday, etc.) which is usually filled with unhealthy goodies.
I'm tired ya'll! I don't want to be fat in my 30's like I was in my 20's. This year needs to be the start of something different! This year I'm going to start a program I found on Pinterest. It's a 8 week program, Weight Loss Boot Camp, starting on January 1st, but I am not calling this a "Resolution" because those have a high fail rate, and I don't intend to fail. I want to be healthy and happy, and I will do everything in my power to make it so.
