I made 3 goals this month... lemme just say... ive fulfilled one and I think thats gonna get broken this week. I took too much on! Set one thing and stick to it. Just one! Ive slipped on my water intake like 2 or 3 times this month and ive only worked out once this week... which I said I would do 3 times a week.
